Communicating For Impact and Influence is based largely on insights from the Maxwell DISC System and the principles and practices in John C. Maxwell’s bestselling book Everyone Communicates, Few Connect. The Programme consists of 3 modules.
Module 2: Exploring Connecting Principles
Module 1: Exploring the different personality styles utilizing insights from the Maxwell DISC System
Module 3: Exploring Connecting Practices
We use a combination of videos, teaching sessions, discussions, and participation exercises to ensure all learning preferences are utilized and participants kept engaged.
