This mindset reduces emotional resistance and allows you to approach the discussion with curiosity rather than defensiveness.

 

2. Focus on The Outcome You Want – Clarity of purpose is crucial. Rather than dwelling on who is to blame, anchor your attention on the outcome you want to achieve.
